SHIFT LEADER
PAY: $18 - $20/HR (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)
We’re on the hunt for a fearless leader to oversee daily operations during your shift, rally the crew, and make sure our guests leave with a full belly and a fiery grin. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be handling:
Navigating employee late arrivals or call outs like a pro.
Supervising the team, assigning tasks, and keeping the energy up.
Making sure the squad is on point and crushing their duties.
Reporting any hiccups to management in real-time.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Training new staff and encouraging the team to be their best selves.
Handling customer concerns and smoothing over any employee disputes.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Recent experience as a Shift Leader.
Schedule-making skills that rival Google Calendar.
