We opened up our little shack―and we mean shack―in East Nashville in 2010 with the idea that we’d honor where Hot Chicken came from while guiding it forward with a respectful and adventurous spirit. Nobody was doing tenders and we were the first to put hot chicken on a bun― the sort of moves that drove the purists crazy. Now, tenders and sandwiches are standards on a lot of menus around town, and we’d like to humbly suggest that those are our contributions to an ever-growing cuisine. 

So grab a leg, tender, or whatever you like and enjoy the ride.
